1. ST. JOSEPH'S ASHRAM (THE ARCHDIOCESE OF DELHI)
In 1970, Shahdara Ashram was entrusted to the Capuchins of the undivided Province; thus we have St. Joseph's Ashram. The Friary had a large parish consisting of 850 families which included three Mission Stations namely Dilshad Garden, and Trilokpuri Laxmi Nagar, where friars used to go for ministry. There were two convents in the parish; one belonging to the Congregation of Teresian Carmelites and the other to the Missionaries of Charity. At Present Dilshad Garden, Trilokpuri and Laxmi Nagar are independent parishes. St. Joseph parish has around 125 families.
